Day 24: Two Rounds of HWR

Today is the final day of the 24 Day Challenge that I'm on.  I went with 2 rounds of Home Workout Revolution: a 10 minute circuit, then a final 4 minute circuit that was pretty steady throughout.

The 10 minute circuit had;
Running in Place
Spider-Man Push-Ups
Alternating Lunges
Burpees
Jumping Jacks
It was 2 minutes of 20/10 x 4 on each exercise.

The 4 minute round was:
1 minute of Burpees
1 minute of Push-Ups
1 minute of 20s Prisoner Squat with 10s hold x 2
1 minute of Cross Body Mountain Climbers

I forgot how much that last 4 minute round really stinks. :)

So far, this morning's measurements has me down by 5 pounds and 1.3% body fat reduction too.
It's a really good beginning to the month and for my goals.

Tomorrow will be the true 24 day measurements. 

I'm starting up a 14 Day Mini-Challenge of using MNS and Spark, or just the MNS series for 14 days if you'd like to just do that.
