Daily RAW for 3/29/13

Here's your optional Daily RAW for 3/29/13 or 3/30/13, your choice:

Deadlifts: 10-8-6-4
Bench Press: 10-8-6-4
KB Swings: 4 sets of 60 seconds each set

3MW: 30s per exercise, or do a 20/10 work/rest pattern instead
Push-Ups
Burpees
Planks
Mountain Climbers
Total Body Extensions
Alternating Lunges
