Daily RAW: Indy Week 4, Day 2

Greetings RAW Warriors,

Today's Daily Rats Alley Workout is for the Indy program, Week 4, Day 2, ideally done on Wednesday.

Deadlifts: 4 x 5
Bench Press: 4 x 5

Bent Over Rows:  4 x 8
All Star Sit Ups: 4 x 5 each side

3 Minute Warning: 20/10 x 2 for each exercise
Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climbers
Burpees
