Daily RAW: RABC Week 4, Workout 3

I'm trying something new with this post, trying to schedule out some RABC workouts in advance so that they automatically pop up throughout the week as their own post.

Today is the RABC Week 4, Day 3 routine:

Deadlifts: 5 x 3
Bench Press: 5 x 3

Bent Over Rows: 3 x 8
Swings: 5 x 1 minute each

3 Minute Warning: 20s work, 10s rest each one
Pushups
Burpees
Planks
Mountain Climbers
Alternating Lunges
Total Body Extensions
