Daily RAW: LCC Workout, New #1 Guide

Greetings RAW Warriors,

Today's post is a brief one, done via my phone, since I can not seem to get a post up through the regular site.

Today I did another LCC workout of 200 clean & jerks, switching arms every 5 reps, and doing it all in a row.

I aimed for 150 but felt I could go some more and get another 50 in.
Did them all with my 35# kettlebell as well.
