Deadlifts or Squats: your choice, 3x5
Bench Press: 3x5
All-Star Sit-Ups (Half Get-Ups) 3x5 per side
2 Minute Warning:
Alternating Lunges: 30 seconds
Side to Side Hops: 30 seconds
Push-Ups: 30 seconds
Total Body Extensions: 30 seconds
