Day 30: 10 Minute HWR, KB Style

Since last night after work was pretty nice for the temperature outside, amidst all the misty rain, I went for a 2.5 mile run on the bike trail.  All in all it took me close to 22 minutes to do.  I know I've ran faster, but I'll get back to that point once I'm running more consistently. 

This morning was a 10 minute HWR session, done kettlebell style with squats, lunges, presses, cleans, and swings to finish.

1 Arm Squats, alternating L/R sides per set for 2 minutes
Bodyweight Lunges: 4 rounds of 20/10
1 Arm Push Presses: 4 rounds of 20/10
1 Arm Cleans: 4 rounds of 20/10
100 Swings to finish: 2:40 for time, 10 per side

This was about the right length, since I was sore from the KB clean workout and the run yesterday.

We'll see how I feel for an evening session, depending on the weather.
