All-Star Sit-Ups: 4 x 5 per side
Bent Over Rows: 4 x 8 per side, or at once
4 Minute Warning: 20/10 x 2 each exercise
Alternating Lunges
Side to Side Hops
Push-Ups
Total Body Extensions
Lift. Dominate. Repeat.
